Why does my cousin have persistent cold?

Q: My 30 years old cousin has been suffering from cold (in common parlance) for the last seven-eight years or even more. The problem is exacerbated during winter season, when he feels more cold compared to others. He sweats when he works out, but this is not helping him anyway. He has tingling sensation in legs and the problem remains even after exercise. Please suggest.

A:Common cold doesn't last that long. He maybe having nasal allergy. Nasal allergy can cause nasal obstruction, poor sleep, lethargy, mood changes, daytime sleepiness and sometimes if all these or some of these are present, then the libido can also be affected.
