Why do we have a breech baby again?

Q: My 30 years old pregnant wife has a breech presentation . This is her second pregnancy. Her previous pregnancy was also breech; the doctor says that it is due to the shape of the uterus. Why it is so? Please advise.

A:Certain uterine anomalies like sub septate uterus are known to have higher incidence of mal-presentations.
