Q: I am a 27 years old man. I have tried making love with my partner on top position. I did everything fine but later I got pain in left testis and it is still paining. Please suggest.
A:The testicular pain is unlikely to be related to the sex or the position. It is most likely to be traumatic, and should settle down in a day or two. If it does not settle or increases, one needs to exclude any infection (epididymoorchitis), and you would need to see a Urologist for further examination and investigations.
