Why do I get burning sensation while urinating?

Q: I am a 26 years old male, getting burning sensation while urinating in the morning, once or twice in a month. It usually happens when I don't wake up early and don't exercise. What can be the reason for this?

A:Infrequent dysuria (burning while passing urine) in a young male may or may not have any relevance. While it may be related to a concentrated urine or some food stuffs, and may not have much significance, it could be an indicator of some inflammatory process going on inside.
