Q: I often have an urge to eat sweets. If I don't eat them then I get a headache, which runs down to my jaws. Please advice.
A:Over-eating of any category of food may indicate an addiction problem and may require negative feedback behavioural modification therapy. The best resources are psychologists or yoga teachers who may also suggest a support group. With this approach to overall healthcare other anxiety and stress problems such as headache may be improved.
