Why do I catch cold so easily and frequently?

Q: I am a 20 years old boy suffering from cold and sneezing problem. I am very sensitive to cold weather and I get infected easily. How do I overcome this?

A:You have a nasal allergy and you need to first avoid all kinds of things that irritate your nose and lead to sneezing. Avoid sudden exposure to cold and hot things and sudden change of temperature.
