For the erectile dysfunction, you have already been prescribed erectogenic drugs (e.g. Viagra). These drugs work in 70 to 75% of cases. In younger patients without organic disease, the efficacy rates are even higher. However, it is important to understand that these drugs will not induce erections by themselves. They will only potentiate (enhance) an erection that the man has already obtained by himself with his own/partner stimulation. You are probably swallowing a pill and expecting to see an erection first before you start love-making. This will not happen.
