Why are my teeth shaking?

Q: I am 41 years old and have recently undergone a kidney transplant. I am on immunosuppresants - Azorine and Prednisone 5 mg. My front teeth are shaking slightly. Is it due to gum weakening? What is the solution? Any diet/vitamin can help?
