Q: I am a 24 years old male who is unable to sleep at night for the last 15 days. I do not drink or smoke. I also do not take any caffeine or tea before going to bed. What is then resulting in my disturbed sleep?

A:You seem to have developed the sleep disturbances acutely (only in the past 15 days) - in most of such cases there is usually a preceding stressor and dealing or removing such a stressor may be helpful. You may want to think about if you had any major changes in your social/work or other significant areas prior to these sleep problems. It may be worthwhile to talk more about the concerns or stressor that you had. Additionally medication use may help in such cases. Since you already seem to be following some sleep hygiene measures, I would suggest seeing a physician for help.
