Why am I getting a burning sensation after ejaculation?

Q: If I have sex after dinner I get burning sensation after ejaculation. Could you please tell me why this is happening?

A:Burning in your organ after ejaculation is unlikely to be related to the meal status, whether empty or full stomach. Such discomfort originates from some inflammatory condition of prostate or seminal vesicles. The most common condition is known as prostatitis or CPPS (chronic pelvic pain syndrome). Chronic inflammations like tuberculosis and some nonbacterial inflammation may also cause such symptoms. You need to see a physician who would examine you and have necessary urine, blood and imaging investigations done before prescribing treatment.
