Which laser technique is the best to get rid of glasses?

Q: I am 23 years old and planning to go for laser operation to remove my glasses with a number 6.5 each. I am confused regarding which technology is best? Please compare Z-lasik laser, CustomVue Laser and Aspheric Laser.
