Q: Is there a specific age in men and women when they reach their sexual peak?
A:Usually, the sexual performance is at its peak between the ages of 30 to 45 years. However, there is no hard and fast rule about it. If a man or woman is fit by eating healthy and by undertaking regular physical exercises, the sexual performance remains good for a longer period. Avoiding smoking and alcohol in excess also helps.
