What kind of diet will be suitable for me?

Q: I am a patient of hypoplastic anaemia and I am undergoing treatment for the same. I had to take blood transfusion, after which I have got Hepatitis C. There is no restriction in diet as such, but everyone tells me not to have fatty and fried food. I am allergic to eggs, but have fish everyday. What kind of diet would be beneficial for my health?
