What is the treatment for a uterus bag slip?

Q: My wife is suffering from a uterus bag slip (dislocation). She also has lumps on the uterus. Doctors have advised treatment for the lumps first and then the repair of the dislocated bag. First setting of the lumps has been done 25 days ago with laser and the second one is in line. But she has heavy bleeding. What is the best treatment for this? Will she have difficulty in pregnancy after the procedure? Is this life threatening?

A:She needs surgery - a vaginal hysterectomy. It is not life threatening and is very safe these days.
