What is the right time to wean off?

Q: My nine-month-old son is taking breast feed and toned milk. What is the right time to stop breast feeding? After weaning, should I give him toned or full cream milk?

A:You can continue to give breast feeds till 1-2 years of age. Beyond one year of age, you can give full cream milk. Just boil it and take off the cream.
