Q: Six months back, white dots started appearing on my feet. The biopsy says LSA, will it spread to the other parts of the body and is it curable?
A:Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus (LSA) is a chronic condition. It waxes and wanes and in an occasional case there maybe spontaneous resolution. It can involve different areas. Usually no treatment is given for extragenital lesions.
