What is the reason for a wet penis?

Q: I am 29 years old and unmarried. Why is my penis tip always wet and gets erect at simple reasons? Are there any remedies?

A:In uncircumcised men, the post-void urine dribble accumulates in the space between the glands and the foreskin of the penis, thus keeping it wet.
