What is the cure for folliculitis?

Q: I am facing some skin problem for the last six months of some pimple like stuff which turns into a black spot on my back. Please advise.

A:The pimple like eruption may be folliculitis and you should wear loose cotton clothes and can try using a benzoyl peroxide containing gel.
