Q: I am a 24-year-old male suffering from a major hair problem. I have excessive hair fall every day and my hair is very thin, dry and weak. I also have itching on my scalp. I consulted a specialist who advised that I take two tablets each of Kivitel and Finello daily. I am taking these medicines regularly, but there is no effect. What can be the cause for such tremendous hair fall and what is the permanent cure for it?
