Q: My wife is 24 years old. She is suffering with dysmenorrhoea (pain during the periods). What should be the diet to get normal periods? Is there a permanent cure for dysmenorrhoea?

A:Warm baths, stretching exercises and drinking a lot of liquids may help. However, if the ultrasound scan of your wife's pelvis is normal, you can give her painkillers like Disprin or Meftal spas.
