What is the cause of speech problem in adulthood?

Q: I am 29 years old. I am facing a problem with pronunciation from the last 2 years. The problem seems to be increasing. I have problem in pronouncing some letters like S. Please advise.

A:Speech symptoms in adults with no significant previous history of the same in childhood, are usually initial symptoms of any neurogenic condition. I strongly recommend that you should consult a neurophysician as soon as possible and if their findings are not significant then you should consult a speech therapist to check out if it is an isolated speech problem.
