Q: The skin next to my scrotum has developed rashes on both sides. It looks dry and itches sometimes. If I itch, the skin tends to come out. Please refer me to a good doctor in Pune. What is the problem and how can I get over it? Is it treatable and curable? Sometimes cyst like pimples also form, but I tend to break them and pus comes out. What could be the problem? Will this affect my fertility? Which doctor should I consult for this?

A:You have crural intertrigo. It may be fungal, bacterial or non-sepcific. Tinea corporis is the most common variety. The small pimples are likely to be sebaceous cysts. Consult any good dermatologist in your town.
