What is hypoplasticity of the blood vessels?

Q: I am a 26 years old woman who has been diagnosed with hypo-plasticity of blood vessels four years back. What is hypoplasticity? Is it a serious problem?

A:The hypoplastic blood vessels are a variant that most often do not have any serious significance.
