What is dry ejaculate?

Q: I am a 23 years old male. I am not getting any ejaculation when I masturbate. What could be the reason? There is not even a single drop of semen. In the past I used to get semen. Please let me know what are the reasons for this condition?

A:This is called dry ejaculate, and may be due to retrograde ejaculation. There are certain diseases which may lead to this, or due to any surgery on bladder in childhood. Consult any urologist in your town.
