Q: I am a 24 years old pregnant woman. During my 6th week of pregnancy, I had bleeding and the scan report states that the foetus is fine. What does bleeding during pregnancy indicate?

A:This indicates that it may be a threatened abortion, or missed abortion or a placental separation.
