Q: I am a 28 years old female, 152 cm tall and weigh 42 kg. I am diabetic, thalassemic and have spinal problems as well. What kind of a diet should be good for my overall health?

A:You should take six equal meals, three main lighter meals and three heavier snacks . All natural things can be taken, avoid excess of oils and you must not smoke. If you are over weight, then calories need to be reduced and if under weight, increase your calories intake. All fresh fruits can be taken in small parts.
