Q: What is best diet for a baby, three and a half years old, who has undergone surgery for choledochal cyst type IV A. Is there a chance of the cyst coming back?
A:The baby can have a normal diet pattern. There is usually no restriction of fats if the baby can digest them. If the entire cyst has been removed, there are no chances of recurrence.
