Q: I am a 37 years old male suffering from pain at the tip of penis and back pain for the last three weeks. I underwent urine test, which showed glucose-trace (rechecked – negative), protein trace (rechecked – negative), Sp. gravity - 1.025, WBC occasional - 0-5/HPF and epithelial cells occasional - 0-10/HPF.

A:Pain at the tip of the penis and back pain (if flank and unilateral) most likely points to a kidney stone. A renal ultrasound or an abdominal CT scan may diagnose the problem. Please consult with a urologist.
