Q: I have a black patch just under both eyes since 2001. Now it is spreading day by day. I request you to suggest a cure.
A:It is difficult to diagnose your condition with such a description. It is better to consult a dermatologist. Possibilities are melasma, acanthosis nigricans, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, ageing skin change, etc.
