A:1. Since many procedures are being done on an outpatient basis, TIVA technique(Total Intravenous Anaesthesia) with propofol, fentanyl.2. Set protocols for Advanced lap procedures
- DVT prophylaxis
- Intraoperative sequential compression devices
- Monitoring meticulous of IAP,Airway pressures and temperature3. Airway management with ProSeal LMA - of course this requires experience and practice by the anaesthesiologist.
