What are the reasons for persistent cough and cold?

Q: I have too much cough for about 4 months. At present I had my blood test & found Esnophelia 7%. I don't know it is 7% or No.7. I am taking CETIRIZIN tab. each one per day. Please prescribe me your best. Here the temperature is 23 degree & it will move to 6 degree celcius by January. During summer it goes to 54 degree celcius.T hank you & awaiting for your favourable reply.

A:The reason for the cough could be the nose or the chest. Mucus from the nose running down the throat, bronchitis, mild bronchospasm, tuberculosis all may be the cause. You should consult an ENT surgeon and then if required, a physician also.
