Should I be worried about incomplete RBBB on ECG?

Q: I did my ECG on my own. The diagnosis was incomplete RBBB. What does this mean? Do I have to consult a cardiologist?
A:Incomplete RBBB is often a benign or a normal variant entity. However, it can be associated with some defects also. The commonest one a hole in the heart from birth (ASD). An echocardiography along with a clinical evaluation is worthwhile. There are some entities which remain asymptomatic.
