Q: Myself and my wife are having a very healthy sex life so far. She is 21 now. The thing which I am worrying about is the breast of her. She has sagging breasts. I do not think it is normal for a lady having sagging breasts at 21. Is this normal. If I want good straight breasts is there any treatment which can be given.
