Please suggest some low-cal snacks?

Q: Sometimes in the evenings I feel very hungry but I don’t take anything to eat because I am scared I will gain weight. Please suggest some healthy low calorie snacks? I am 19 years old and weigh 70 kg.
A:There are many options for healthy snacks, which are low in calories also. Few of them are: -* boiled channa chat.* Steamed dhokla.* Dal dosas or pan cakes.* Fruit and sprout mix.* Whole-wheat vegetable sandwich.Other than these there are other roasted snacks available in the market. Youcan pick up few, & test at home. Take a handful of roasted snack and keep it intissue paper & microwave for 20 seconds. If it leaves oil then be careful whileeating. Also include at least 3-4 whole fruits in a day.
