Q: I am a 26 yrs old guy and I AM working in hotel industry and I work for continuosly for 7 hours in night. Now I have painful urination and I have taken ultra sound scan. The results shows that prostate measures 39*29*33mm size and shows posterior small cyst of 9*9 mm size and I have consulted an Urologist. He says it need a surgery. Pls clear my doubts regarding this problem but kidney, gall bladder, pancreas spleens, liver seems to be normal
A:Ultrasound is an operator dependent investigation and hence your urologist will have to make a decision depending upon a good ultrasound and endoscopy. I do not think you should worry and leave it to his wisdom.
