low sperm count

Q: I have a low sperm count about 4-5 % and have also undergone IVF once. But it is very expensive with no guarantee. Can you please guide us towards the right direction and processes available in India.

A:Since your sperm count is very low, you will have to undergo ICSI(Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection). There is no other option for you. The success rate for the same is around 40-45%.
