Itching of penis

Q: I have problem of itching of glans penis with the white secretion. On the place of itching there is small allergic formation. I have taken antibiotics to get treated from this. What do you suggest me to do now?

A:What you need is simply to clean the glans with plain water and mild soap after retracting the foreskin. Do it 2-3 times a day. Rule out diabetes. If this does not work than try some anti-fungal cream. Do remember to put back the skin after you clean the glans. Finally you may have to undergo circumcision if nothing works.
