Q: My wife is suffering from SLE. Is it alright to use CFL bulbs at home as I have heard that CFL emits UV rays which are harmful for people with SLE?
A:Any form of UV light, natural or artificial, is very harmful for patients with SLE. It must be avoided as much as possible.
