Q: My wife is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis since three years. We got treatment from one of the reputed hospitals and she was kept on Neotroxite 2.5 X 3 per week and Plaquine daily with pain killers for one year but there was not much relief. Thereafter we went for homeopathic treatment for one and half year and she is getting treated at AIIMS. The doctor has kept Biotrexite 2.5 x 6 weekly with HCQS one daily. After two months, the doctor added Cleft 20 daily. Earlier they had given the medicine orally and now Biotroxite 15mg injection per week. There is slight improvement and now doctor has asked for a gene test.

A:AIIMS is a leader in the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune diseases, the commonest of which is rheumatoid arthritis. I would strongly recommend that you persist with the same treatment as homeopathy, Ayurvedic and other alternative systems have absolutely NOTHING to offer for any of the autoimmune diseases.
