Is there a donor database in India for CML?

Q: I was diagnosed with CML. I don't have a related donor match. I live in USA and have not found any un-related donor match through NMDP in US. Currently I am on Gleevec. If I need a transplant, is there a database registry for donors in India that I can try getting a match?

A:I am not aware of any nation wide registry but I think one exist in the AIIMS with the Tissue typing lab with Dr Mehra and you may enquire from them.
