Is my sperm count low?

Q: I had a semen analysis and the sperm count came out to be only 38 million. My doctor told me that this should be minimum 60 million. Should I take any medicine from to increase the sperm count?

A:As far as I can interpret: your sperm counts are normal. I am not aware of the motility and the dead and immature forms. We need only one sperm to do the trick and medically we take counts above 10 million as all right. You and your wife should visit a fertility clinic and get a detailed work up to find a cause of your infertility if there is one.
