Is my erectile dysfunction due to diabetes and hypertension?

Q: am diabetic and 4 years back I was diagnosed with hypertension as well. Both the conditions are under control through care, change in habits and medications. I take Semi Daonil x 2 daily and Tenormin 50 x 1 daily - SOS Restyl 0.25 mg. Sugar levels are between 120-150 PP. But off late, I have started experiencing erectile dysfunction and something like Peyronie's disease (bending of penis to the right, at an angle of 30 degrees). It is painless. What should I do and whom should I consult? Is it OK to try Cialis in my condition since I am not on nitrates? I have tried Himalayas Tentex Royal capsules (1 or 2 before bedtime) but haven't seen much difference. I got married 14 years ago and have two sons. My wife is 12 years younger to me. She is beginning to get fed-up of me. We are a middle class family with lot of monetary pressures as business is not flourishing. There is considerable stress and depression all the time.
A:Your problem is indeed complex. Firstly, get your thyroid function normalised completely and get total assessment of complications of diabetes (micro and macro vascular complications. Cooperation from your wife's side is very important in solving the problem, as stress and depression can worsen the erectile dysfunction. Penile vascular studies maybe done to exclude or confirm vascular problem. If your organ is bent at 30 degrees, then consult a urologist.
