Q: I have heard that drinking 4 glasses of water in the morning before brushing teeth is good for health and that it cures many diseases. Is it right? I want to know whether this really works.
A:Drinking water early morning on empty stomach is a very good cleanser. It improves bowel movements and also helps in removing toxins from our body. It keeps you energetic throughout the day.
