Is adaptogen an antioxidant?

A:Adaptogen is a herbal product and hence it is not permitted to be mixed with allopathic medicines; hence there is no allopathic anti-oxidant where adaptogen is an ingredient. Even otherwise there is serious doubt about the safety of vitamin anti-oxidants. There is no problem with non-vitamin antioxidants such as lycopene.
