If a seven year old child loses teeth, when will they come back?

Q: My son is close to seven years. He lost his upper incisors about two and a half months ago. The teeth have not come back again. What could be the reasons for any delay whatsoever for reappearance for the lost childhood teeth?

A:The teeth should come by the age of 8 years of age. There is really no reason to worry. If you really want to confirm, one X-ray will do it.
