I am depressed because of my cousin'e engagement, what should I do?

Q: I am 28 years old while my cousin is 38 years old. I love her more than my sister and I care for her. I can't stay away from her even for an hour, before I start missing her and getting depressed. She is getting engaged now. I am very depressed and I cant stay away from her. I have pain in my head and I feel that it will burst. I keep crying and think of killing myself. I stay away from home as it is difficult to stay alone as I feel very insecure without her. Please help.
A:You need to accept the reality. More so you also need to feel happy about her happiness and change in her life, feel positive about this. The symptoms you are facing would go away in time, talk to someone, preferably a professional about them.
