How to treat pain at the tip of the penis?

Q: I have been facing this problem for quite a long time. Some times I feel pain at the tip of my penis. When I move the outer skin covering my penis, there are no visible marks but get small burning sensation when I try cleaning with Dettol at the front tip of my penis. If I use normal antispetic cream on the area, the pain goes off. Then I feel comfortable. Only problem is that it recurs again after few days. What do I do for permanent cure? I have not yet had sex with anyone. (I do not know what else can the problem be due to).

A:Stop using any antiseptics. Do not use dettol or savlon. Just clean the glans with water and mild soap. Retract your foreskin many times a day but make sure that you bring it back every time. Do it regularly and it will take some time.
