How to treat Crohns disease?

Q: I am suffering from Crohns disease and am on medication of cosacol and wysolone but repeatedly get a relapse either with stomachache and this time it was erythema nosodum which has been very painful on my feet. I was also given remicade but it did not cure this disease. Is there any cure for this disease or is there any prevention for these relapses? My original weight was 80 kgs and in a year I had pulled down 30 kgs. I was admitted in hospital and with steroids I have put on all that weight again.
