Q: I would like to know why is it that after giving birth to a child, my breasts have become very big and soft. Will they be the same again as earlier or not? Some scratches are there on my stomach, will they go? Two months have already passed, can I have intercourse now?
A:It is somewhat difficult to get your breasts in the pre-pregnancy shape. Some pectoral muscle firming exercises may help with the sagging. For your stretch marks, use some lotion regularly. They do fade with time.It is okay to resume sexual intercourse after 2 months of delivery. If you dont intend to get pregnant immediately, please use some form of contraception first.
