How to manage eczema?

Q: From the past 5 years I have skin problems - it precipitates with the heat & dust and indications are 1. rough patches on the neck and face, also on upper part of thigh. 2. itching regularly after few hours of interval, some times hard itching sensation for 1 or 2 times in a day. 3. on itching the rough surface, a colourless liquid comes for few minutes. 4. skin specialist has given foristal 1/2 tablet twice a day x 15 days with Gentamil-G. After taking medication, spots clear in about 1-3 months but recur after 2-4 months.

A:It appears you have some kind of eczema. It could be one of the following type:1. Seborrhoeic dermatitis2. Miliaria (heat rash) with eczematisation3. Fungal infection with eczematisation.Medicines which you are taking will give relief in all the above conditions. Additional medication maybe required, depending upon the exact diagnosis.
